Turn a screen recording of a broken UI flow into an evidence-bounded bug report. Extracts a handful of UI-calibrated keyframes (not blind fps sampling), infers where the user clicked, OCRs error text, and tags every claim observed / inferred / not-determinable. Stdlib Python + ffmpeg — no API keys, no model downloads.
