Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
These terms govern your use of KoPass, operated by [legal entity name]. By creating an account or connecting a social account you accept them. For any question, contact contact.alexops@proton.me.
1. The service
KoPass monitors the public publications of the talents an agency adds, and produces compliance findings and prioritised alerts to help the agency review content.
KoPass is a monitoring and decision-support tool. Its findings are indicative and may distinguish legal obligations, professional recommendations and a brand's internal rules. KoPass is not legal advice and does not provide any guarantee of compliance. A finding may be uncertain and require human review before any action.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorised to represent your agency and to add the talents you monitor. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
Creators connect their own accounts through a secure invitation and may withdraw that authorisation at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use KoPass only for legitimate compliance monitoring of talents you are entitled to monitor, and in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the connected platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
You must not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, disrupt the service, or use it to harass or surveil individuals beyond the compliance purpose described here.
4. Third-party platforms
KoPass relies on the official APIs of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with read-only access. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs or availability.
5. Intellectual property
KoPass, its software and its interface remain the property of [legal entity name]. Content retrieved from connected accounts remains the property of its respective owners; we process it only to provide the service.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Decisions about publications remain the responsibility of the agency and its talents.
7. Termination and governing law
You may stop using KoPass and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse. These terms are governed by French law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
